Delivery Timeframe
It typically takes 3-7 business days to process your order and arrange shipment after full payment verification. Delivery generally takes 10-15 business days. Please note that depending on your shipping address and product availability, your order may arrive in multiple shipments or be sent directly from our warehouse in mainland China, Hong Kong, etc.
Tracking Information Validation
To validate tracking information, the shipping carrier typically requires one business day from the time you receive notification.
Shipping and Delivery Dates
Any shipping or delivery dates provided will be estimates only. We are not responsible for any delay from the manufacturer or production of the machines.
Additional Shipping Fee For Remote Area
Upon identification of your address as a remote area, an extra shipping fee will be added to your order.
The additional fee is necessary to account for the increased expenses and logistical challenges involved in delivering to remote areas.
Customs and Import Duties
We help reduce your tax by making a lower invoice. However, customs clearance costs are borne by you. Citizens should pay import duties to the customs according to law based on different customs policies of various countries and regions. Please note that the tax is not collected by NHASH but by local customs.
Inspection and Returns
When you receive your shipment, please inspect all packages for items such as power supplies, manuals, cables, or any applicable accessories for the product(s) ordered. Please be sure to save the box, the outer shipping carton (when applicable), and all packing material, in the unlikely event that you’ll need it for a return shipment. Insurance is not included in the price of the machine. In the case that the customer has purchased insurance service, if the machine is lost, the insurance company will provide corresponding compensation service.
