Why can't I receive the verification code when I register?

Please check your inbox and spam after clicking “Get Verification Code”. If you still haven't received it, you can send the e-mail address to us and we need to check the specific situation with the technician. Please use Google Mail or other emails as an alternative to Yahoo Mail to register.

Why can’t I log in? I’ve already registered on the website.

Order and Processing

How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly on our website by adding the items to your shopping cart, submitting your order, making payment, and confirming your order. Alternatively, you can contact our sales representative for assistance in placing an order.

How can I track my package?

Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an email with the tracking number once your package has been shipped. Additionally, our sales representative will contact you via Telegram or WhatsApp to confirm your delivery information.

Can I get a discount?

We always strive to provide our customers with the most favorable prices and offer discounts for bulk orders. Please contact our sales representative for more details.

Will the price of miners fluctuate frequently?

Yes, the price of miners is subject to market conditions and may fluctuate. However, we will try our best to provide customers with the best price and service.

Will the quotation still be valid a week or a month later?

No, the quotation is only valid at the time we provide it due to the commodity attributes of miners and market fluctuations. Please confirm the price with our sales representative when you are ready to pay.

What does ‘Self Delivery’ mean?

Self delivery means that if you have your own forwarder in China, we will ship the machine to your forwarder's address. We only guarantee logistics for domestic transportation, and subsequent international transportation should be arranged with your forwarder.

Do I need to pay extra fees besides the machine price and shipping fee shown on the product page?

Additional shipping fees may apply for remote countries and regions. Additionally, when your package(s) arrive at local customs for customs clearance, you may need to submit relevant documents and pay customs duties according to customs regulations.

Can you fill in the declared amount according to my request?

  • Yes, we can fill in the declared amount according to your request, but please note that there is a certain risk of low declaration which will be borne by you. Paying taxes according to law is the responsibility and obligation of every citizen.

Can I visit your warehouse in person before placing an order? Do you support COD?

  • Our warehouse is not open to outsiders due to strict regulations. However, we can provide pictures or videos upon request. We do not support COD and all transactions should be paid in full in advance.

Shipping and Logistics

How long does it take for the machines in stock to be shipped out?

Machines in stock will be dispatched within 3-7 business days. If there are special circumstances, we will contact you to discuss the solution.

Will the used machines be tested before shipment?

Although there is no warranty or after-sales service for used machines, we will send test videos and photos of the inner packaging of the parcel to you, ensuring that there is no problem with the machine before shipment.

When will the futures be shipped out?

The shipping date of futures will be determined according to information from the manufacturer. We will arrange the shipment as soon as we receive the machines, and all information will be updated timely on our Telegram community.

How long does it take to arrive after shipment?

  • Generally, it takes 5-10 business days to arrive after shipment. DDP will take about 15 business days. However, if there are any issues during customs clearance, there may be some delays. If the receiver has experience with importing goods or customs clearance, it can help facilitate the process.

What should I do if my package has not been updated for a long time?

If we have chosen logistics with tax included for you, the status will be updated until the package arrives at the local transfer station, which takes 7-10 business days. If there is an abnormality in the logistics process, please contact our sales representative or consult the logistics company for verification.

After-sales Support

Is the warranty provided by manufacturers or by NHASH?

All warranty or repair services are provided by manufacturers. If the machine has problems, please contact us first. Our sales representative will offer advice or seek technical support according to the condition of the machine.

Will manufacturers offer a warranty to all machines?

  • Manufacturers provide a 6-12 month warranty on all new machines. The specific warranty terms are determined according to the policy of each manufacturer. However, there is no warranty or after-sales service for used or refurbished machines. We will send test videos and photos of the inner packaging of the parcel to you, ensuring that there are no problems with the machine before shipment.
